2025 Board of Directors elections!
Hey gang!
It's that time of year again!
Per our bylaws, we are required to hold an election every fall for your board of directors.
If you are a paid member in good standing for the last 12+ months, you are eligible to throw your name into the ring for any position that you are interested in.
We have added a new BOD position for 2025! Hospitality Coordinator. This position will be responsible for coordinating any and all Hospitality responsibilities including but not limited to all food service and related needs at set forth by the board.
I'm proud to announce that all of your current board members have decided to run for 2025 and continue to make the Carolina Pyros the most sought after club in the country!

Remember that as long as you are a paid member in good standing for the last 12+ months, you can challenge for any position that you are interested in!

Ballots are set to be emailed out to all paid members on Dec. 20th so you have some time to think about adding your name to the ballot. If you are interested, please comment below!




-Section 5.8. Safety Officer. The Safety Officer shall oversee and ensure safe shooting and be responsible for the safety of corporation members, spectators, and the general public. The safety officer shall also be responsible to make sure that reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent damage to property during corporation events. The Safety Officer will establish and maintain written safety rules, to be approved by the corporation Officers, and to be in compliance with federal, state and local laws, and Pyrotechnic Guild International (PGI) guidelines. The Safety Officer shall also perform all other duties assigned by the President. The Safety Officer shall review all site diagrams and related forms for all corporation events where fireworks will be fired, assembled, or otherwise prepared. In the event the Safety Officer is not present at an event, the Safety Officer shall appoint a qualified previously corporation approved member to perform all Safety Officer duties during event.
