Here is a short list of what we need from you!
Saturdays dinner will be pre-prepared, we need 2 or 3 gas grills to reheat dinner.
We need cold salads for dinner, Potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, etc.
We need folding tables and 10x10 canopy tents.
Please post below what you can bring with you so we don't end up with 50# of coleslaw!
I have been on the phone all day with everyone going over the fine details and working out a schedule.
Here is the posted schedule for the weekend, subject to change.
Friday, Oct. 15th
Gates open at noon. (I'll be there around 10 so if you're early, no worries)
We'll be setting racks for the grand finale.
We'll be starting to set up for the pro show.
Pizza party provided by the club around 4.
Safety meeting around 5PM.
We have 2 Jr members that will be attending Friday only so we'll have a Jr 2x2 board competition for them around 6:30.
Open shoot till 10PM!

Clean up!
I can't stress enough how important this is!
We'll have a dumpster on site.
We MUST leave the venue as we found it, your participation in clean up is very important!
Schedule is subject to move up or push back slightly as you can see Saturday is a busy day!
Once again, this is another Carolina Pyros event that you don't want to miss!
