4th of July Show for My Neighborhood

I've been doing fireworks in my North Carolina neighborhood for the past 4 years, use about $1000 worth of 1.4g but without all the proper paperwork. I started off just doing them for myself, but it's gradually turned into a larger event with lots of people coming out to watch. Now that it's approached this level of attention I don't think I'll be able to get away with it much longer without peeing in someone's Cheerios. Is it possible to legally go about a show this year, or will it take much longer to do? If possible, what would I have to do to pull this off? I don't mind putting in any amount of money myself for fees and insurance. I also live in an HOA neighborhood who's board members usually enjoy the show so they would likely approve of it, but could be an obstacle as well. Also just to caveat I consider myself no where near a pro but, I always use safety, I secure my cakes with liquid nail on boards, have a fire extinguisher and buckets of water nearby, and make sure there are no buildings or people within 300 ft. of the fallout. I really wish I can pull this off for my neighborhood this year, any advice or help would be appreciated.

You would need to have a licensed operator overseeing your show
