Shell Building Class update
I have been very busy trying to get many many stars finished, primed and tested for the upcoming event.
We will be concentrating on 4" and 5" shells again, and the goal is to build as many as possible to incorporate into a short, fully member built pyromusical segment to be presented at our Fall event. This will give us time to completely finish any shells that need it, as well as prepare additional materials, and get them prepped; I am working on some 6" and 8", and have already made 20 or so 3" Salutes
During the build class, let's discuss a single song to use as the theme.
Please bring safety glasses, some scissors, and your own refreshments. We will probably send out for either BBQ, or pizza, your choice.
Let's hope good weather prevails, if it looks like a really rainy weekend we will reschedule, as high humidity is really problematic for this kind of function.
I have quite a number of "random rainbow" stars that we will build in for a finale, along with purple, green mag, white mag, chartreuse, orange strobe, brocades, kamuro, red to white strobe, numerous stars made with different cores, and some color changers, like Green mag to orange strobe to peach!
We will start with a brief safety meeting before getting started. It will be a very busy day, so please come prepared to work! We have a lot to accomplish in a short window.
Feel free to call me, and if you don't get an answer please leave me a voicemail - or text, and I will return your call, or you can reach out to Colin and/or Tara
I will be out of town from March 15 through the end of the month, taking care of my little sister, who had major surgery this past Friday, but I will be able to return calls
Thanks, looking forward to seeing you soon!
